What’s your return policy?
Here at Advantage, we understand that sometimes things come up that are beyond your control.
Our return policy is as follows:
Credit———– Towards another class (must be rescheduled within a 30 day period)
No refund ——On online courses which can be taken at any time.
Do you have travel/mileage fees?
There is a Flat travel/mileage fee for all locations 20 miles outside of our home-base radius. (Jersey Village, Tx.)
Do you Service Individuals?
Yes, individuals can take our Blended learning class (half online/half in-person). Take the online portion in the comfort of your own home. Then, call us to schedule the in-person hands-on Skills Test portion and we’ll meet you at an acceptable location.
Are your classes AHA Certification Courses?
Yes, All of our Healthcare Provider courses are AHA (American Heart Association) certification courses? We also offer HSI certifications.
Are Online classes Ok for my professional Certification?
Yes …… the online courses here are AHA and HSI certified courses.
We realize that there are other companies that offer complete Online Only training, but Online Only classes are Not Accepted for most OSHA regulated job certifications.
Advantage’s Online courses must be taken in conjunction with an In-person Skills test which is required for OSHA regulated job certifications.
